Tussar – Embroidery Kantha

Material: Bengal handloom tussar silk
Texture: Slightly Coarse
Blouse Length: 85cm unstitched
Blouse  shade: Solid colour of brownish orange with a four inch border embroidered in kantha stitch.  2” rani pink border with tiny black temples bordering it on both sides, runs all through.Two large pattern  flowers in white, hand embroidered on the arms of the blouse, uplifts the gait of the blouse.

Description: The saree has  tendrils, flowers buds and leaves embroidered in jaal pattern, in white  all over, at a stretch of 2.25mtr . This will begin  after the pleats and with continue till the end of the pallu. The pallu has the border running vertical at the pallu forming an 8” broad panel . Some flower motifs are embroidered giving it a anchal effect. The tip of the pallu has shades of brown and orange which facelifts the complete saree. There are some large flowers embroidered in white near the border. These flowers are embroidered at an interval of 8” highlighting the border.
